What is Optibac One Week Flat?

Optibac One Week Flat is a combination of FOS fibres and four live cultures of targeted strains which include the  Lactobacillus acidophilus/helveticus Rosell-52. One week flat is provided in sachet form, making it easy to mix with cold non-acidic food and drink. The strains used have been shown to assist and produce digestive enzymes like lactase and α-glucosidase, to help break down milk and starch, adding to the benefits of this one week supplement. 

Probiotic strains help to support digestion and inhibit gas producing bacteria in the gut, also supporting the growth of friendly bacteria to limit pathogen overgrowth.

Suitable for those with occasional bloating.

Can I Take Optibac One Week Every Day?

Recommended use

Natural food supplement suitable for adults and children (from 4 years onwards) with the following recommendations:

• Take 1 sachet daily for 7 consecutive days, preferably with breakfast.
• Pour an inch of water into a tall glass, leaving plenty of room for swirling.
• Shake the sachet before gently sprinkling the powder into the glass.
• Vigorously swirl the water around in the glass making sure the powder is dissolved.

We highly recommend you take One Week Flat for 7 consecutive days. Many consumers like to take this course once a month. However, it can be taken on an ongoing basis or as desired.
